Diana Garcia-Denson served as the Chair of the World Languages and Cultures Department at City College of San Francisco (CCSF) for the past six years. She has taught all levels of Spanish at CCSF since 2005.

Prior to joining CCSF, she was a Spanish Lecturer for the Language Center and the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. She holds a master’s degree in Hispanic Language and Literature from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from U.C. Davis. Her research interests are language and cultural studies and Mexico-US border issues.
