Pacific Northwest Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition at Mission

The Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs (the Chaîne), the world's oldest and largest gastronomy and wine society, is excited to announce the upcoming Pacific Northwest Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs (JCR) Competition, scheduled to take place on March 23 at Mission College in Santa Clara, California.
