To be eligible for a refund of enrollment fees, students must drop their classes by
the published deadline on the course-level deadlines found on the calendar.
Dropping a class after the deadline will result in a forfeiture of enrollment fees.
Refunds for credit card payments will be processed back to the student’s original
credit card. ACH payments will be refunded via check, mailed to the student's current
home address on record. Refunds for check or cash payments will also be issued by
check and sent to the student's current address. It is important to ensure that your
home address is current to avoid delays.
For short-term classes, enrollment fees will be refunded if students drop the class
before 10% of the scheduled meetings have elapsed. For short-term classes that meet
five days or fewer, students must drop before the first class meeting to be eligible
for a refund.
Refunds are processed through BankMobile Disbursements, a service powered by BMTX,
Inc. For more details, visit BankMobile. View our third-party servicer contract for refund management.
