The following are ways to to connect with Mission College. We offer a chatbot, live chat, a convenient app for Apple and Android, and more methods of getting in touch with our community.

Student ID (Find Yours!)

For some of the services, you may need your student ID number or student email address to log in. If at any time you lose your student ID number, you can retrieve it using

When visiting many of our webpages, ‘Ask Clara’ will attempt to answer your questions. If Clara is unable to answer and a Mission staff member is available, they will join the chat to assist you.

The staff members may also invite you to zoom meeting via the chat if necessary. Currently, “Ask Clara” is available on our homepage, Admissions & Records, and Financial Aid pages.

My Mission Portal

My Mission Portal

You can access many important services through My Mission Portal. You can register, pay your bill, access online orientation, log into Canvas, see your Math and English placements (if applicable) and much more!  

Go Mission App

Go Mission App

Use the Go Mission App to search, add, drop and pay for classes. You can also connect to Canvas, stay in the loop about events, get directions, and access real-time VTA schedules. Download the app for iPhone or Android at


Cranium Café  

Many of our departments use Cranium Café where you can also chat instantly with area staff, get in line for a drop-in video meeting, or schedule appointments.

The following departments can connect with you via Cranium Café.



You must access online courses via Canvas. It is how you access course materials and communicate with your instructor. Students should access Canvas through My Mission Portal.
