Lunch Service Times
Every Tuesday and Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Each day's menu and operation is planned and executed by Mission College Hospitality Management students. In the final phases of their education students are eager to display their training and creative talents.
This student-run operation houses the program's capstone courses, as well as an extensive catering operation. These two components provide the dynamic hands-on experiences necessary in the cuinary industry.
The Bistro offers cafeteria-style lunch service with a salad bar during the fall semesters and full restaurant-style service during the spring semesters. Menus are located under Bistro menus on the right.
