Through its integrated functions including curriculum and catalog management, class schedule building, academic and instructional technology, and more, it ensures the seamless design, delivery, and enhancement of teaching and learning.

Oversees curriculum workflows, including course proposals, catalog updates, and ensuring catalog integrity.

Class Schedule Building & Integration

Coordinates the class schedule each term ensuring that all curricular developments are reflected properly in the schedule.

Academic & Instructional Technology

Supports faculty and staff in integrating new technologies into teaching and manage platforms like Starfish, Canvas, and Zoom coordination.

Academic Support Services

Manages the Academic Support Center (ASC), which provides peer tutoring across disciplines, both in-person and online as well as embedded tutoring programs.
Services includes via Starfish, an online platform that helps students connect with their instructors, counselors, and support services to stay on track academically.
Oversees the Library, which provides students with access to academic resources, research support, and quiet study spaces to enhance their learning experience.
