BankMobile Refund and Disbursement Process
The West Valley Mission District has partnered with BankMobile to deliver your financial aid refund.
To receive your financial aid award disbursement, you must make your refund selection with BankMobile:
- Sign in to the My Mission Portal using your campus email address
- Under Features: Click the link to Financial Aid Refund Selection
- Follow the instructions provided by BankMobile
- View our institution's contract with BankMobile, a Division of Customers Bank.

You may try to set up your Bankmobile this way:
1)Go to Refund Selection Process
2)Click on Need a Code
3)Type in your email address and under school put West Valley-Mission Community College District
4)You'll receive an email with the instructions on what to do next
If you already have a personal bank account you can choose the “Deposit to an existing account” method.
