BankMobile Refund and Disbursement Process
The West Valley Mission District has gone green and replaced financial aid award paper checks with our BankMobile Debit Card. All student receiving some form of Financial Aid refund or disbursement will receive payments through the BankMobile card to the address the student has on file with Admission & Records.
All Students will receive “My Refund Selection Tool Kit”. Check your mail for the bright green envelope with instructions on how to set up your BankMobile account. At that time you’ll be able to select your refund delivery preference, BankMobile Debit Card or ACH to your personal bank account
BankMobile Debit Card-refunds will be loaded directly onto your BankMobile Debit card according to the District reimbursement schedule, or to your personal checking account by BankMobile 2-3 business days from the disbursement date, based on account set up prefenences.
