Marcos Pizarro is the Associate Dean of the College of Education and a Professor of Chicanx Studies at San José State University.
María Joaquina Villaseñor (Ph.D. University of California, Berkeley) is a Professor of Chicanx/Latinx Studies at California State University, Monterey where she has been a faculty member since 2006. Dr. Villaseñor teaches courses in Chicanx/Latinx Studies and Comparative Ethnic Studies and is a co-author of The Historical Dictionary of U.S. Latino Literature (2017).
Artist Maria de Los Angeles
Maria de Los Angeles is a New York City-based artist, raised in California, Mexican born, whose imagery focuses on issues of undocumented migration, displacement, identity, and otherness, working primarily in drawing, painting, installation, performance, fashion, and sculpture.
