A Winter Journey

On Sunday, November 4th, the Mission College Symphony will present "Winter Journey" a concert combining classical music and dance. Joseph Ordaz will lead the symphony orchestra in selections from Handel's "Messiah," featuring Mary Linduska, soprano, Michael Fotinakis, tenor, and the West Valley Chorus under the direction of director, Lou DeLaRosa. The second half of the program will feature Rimsky-Korsakov's "The Snow Maiden" suite, including a performance by the Mission Dance Company under the direction of Brenna Wundrum. The third and final performance at this concert will be Rimsky-Korsakov's "Symphony no. 1"

Held in the College's Main Building, Center Space, at 2:00 PM, admission is $15 general, $10 senior, and $5 for students. Seating is open and handicapped accessible. Parking is $3.00. For more information, go to www.missioncollegesymphony.org
