Online Counseling

Can't make it to school to talk to a counselor about academic issues?

START HERE:  Review our Frequently Asked Questions.

  1. Ask a Mission College Counselor
Didn't find the answer you need in our FAQs? Fill out our online Counseling Form.

NOTE: Questions are answered in the order they are received. It may take up to two days to receive an answer from us. If your answer is complex, you may be asked to come to the Counseling Center for assistance. The Online Counseling Form is not for personal or crisis issues.

  2. Ask Mission College (ask.missioncollege.edu)
Check out the campus instant answer service, where you can get answers to a wide variety of questions you may have. Simply type your question and click "Ask" or browse the Top 10 Questions from other visitors.

  3. Students can request a phone appointment if they are unable to attend an in-person appointment by calling (408) 855-5034.

Due to the transition to DegreeWorks, counselors will not be creating official educational plans from August 24th – September 8th unless needed for a Financial Aid Appeal, Petition for Reinstatement, or the Athletics, VA, or CalWORKs Programs. Counselors will still be available on walk-in or by appointment to help students select classes for Fall 2019 and assist with other counseling needs.
